  • Please note each item's description regarding size, color, material, printing before purchasing.
  • Sizes listed are an approximate measurement and may vary slightly in the actual product.
  • Colors seen on screen may vary from the actual product.
  • If there are any other differences that has not been stated before, please contact us at [email protected] with a detailed photo of your items.
ORDERING
  • Currently only accepting domestic orders within the USA. International orders will open in upcoming shop openings this year.
  • After the order has been processed, customers may only change their address if the item has not been shipped yet. Please contact us soon to make changes.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages or resending the package if it was sent to the wrong address. Inputting the correct address is the customer's responsibility. 
  • All sales are final. Once payment has been processed, the order is not eligible for cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications. Please place your order once you are sure about what you want! 
SHIPPING
  • It may take about 1-2 weeks to process, package, and ship out orders.
  • After the package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so please check BigCartel and/or your email.
  • We are not liable for damage of items during transit. Any damaged items cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund.
  • We are unable to refund or replace any lost packages that are marked as delivered. Please understand that once the package has left our hands, the shipping company handles the transportion of the goods.
  • Please reach out to your local postal services as they are better equipped to help track your package.
PACKAGING
  • If there are missing items from your order due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of recieving your package and we will sort that out for you.
  • Please note that we cannot assist you with any issues for orders that has been recieved after 7 days (the count will start from the delivered date that is listed on the tracking page).
SERVICE
  • If there is an issue with your order, please do contact us first so we can sort out the problem to the best of our ability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any customers who display rude behaviours. In this case, any outstanding orders from the customer will be cancelled, refunded and/or banned permanently.
  • Any customers who request a chargeback will be banned permanently from the shop.
